Business systems

Business software built around how you work.

Custom back offices, CRM workflows, inventory tools and operational dashboards that connect customer actions with the people delivering them.

Map the work before building the dashboard

We trace one real transaction from arrival to completion: who receives it, what they need to check, where the record changes and what happens when something fails. This reveals the permissions, exceptions and handoffs that a generic feature list misses.

One source of truth, with explicit boundaries

A business system needs agreed owners for customer, product, booking and payment records. We define which system is authoritative and how integrations reconcile changes. A pretty dashboard cannot compensate for contradictory records.

Design for staff, managers and administrators

Different roles need different actions. Staff might update a reservation while a manager changes pricing and an administrator grants access. Approval steps, activity history and reporting definitions belong in the initial scope.

Build in useful increments

We start with a complete operational slice, such as enquiry to assigned follow-up, rather than half-building every department. After that workflow is tested, inventory, reporting and automation can be added with a clearer understanding of real usage.

Questions, answered

Before we build.

Should we replace all our existing tools?

Usually not immediately. We first identify the gaps, duplication and integration opportunities, then decide which tools should remain authoritative.

Can you migrate spreadsheet data?

A migration can be included after reviewing the structure, quality, volume and ownership of the existing data. Validation and rollback plans are part of that scope.
