The problem: appointment rules live in people’s heads

A treatment may require a particular artist, a room, equipment and a recovery buffer. If the public calendar only checks one of those resources, staff must repair the schedule manually. The service menu also needs to explain duration and preparation before the booking begins.

What we build

A salon website can combine treatment discovery, artist profiles, location information and a booking entry point. A custom platform can add service eligibility, multi-resource availability, staff access and customer history. Retail products need their own stock and fulfilment model.

The appointment workflow

The customer selects a service, an eligible artist and an available time. The backend validates the required resources, then creates a confirmed or requested appointment. Rescheduling and cancellation need to release the correct resources and update communication consistently.

Communication and commerce integrations

Calendar, reminder, payment and point-of-sale connections may be relevant. Automated messaging requires appropriate provider access and customer permissions. A click-to-message link is a simpler feature with different operational implications.

Examples across service and retail

URVEON Beauty Atelier presents treatments, artists and a visit-booking entry point. URVEON Beauty presents product and shade collections. FastBook is the booking and business-management reference in our portfolio. Each solves a different part of the customer journey.

What to prepare before a booking build

Bring your treatment list, durations, buffers, staff skills, opening hours and cancellation policy. Identify which information staff need and which customer notes should not be collected. A focused first release is easier to operate than a large platform with unclear ownership.

Questions, answered

Before we build.

Can different artists offer different services?

Yes. Service eligibility can be modeled per artist, alongside duration, buffers and working hours.

Can booking and product sales share a website?

Yes. They can share a brand and customer journey while maintaining distinct appointment, stock and order rules.
